At Lovers, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All garments must be unworn, unwashed, and still have the original boutique tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package With Care

  Place the items in their original packaging or a secure mailer, ensuring all original tags and protective liners are intact.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it firmly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
